This privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) has been created to better assist those who are concerned about how their personally identifiable information is being used online. For a clear understanding of how we collect, utilize, safeguard, or otherwise manage your PII through our website, please read our Privacy Policy carefully.
Your PII and Sensitive Personal Data or Information will be used/ processed by us by applicable law, including Information Technology Act 2000, as amended from time to time, and rules made thereunder.

Need of your PII (Personally identifiable information) We need certain PII to provide you with access to the Platform. If you (a) created a profile; or (b) have registered with us, you will have been asked to tick/click an option whereby; or (c) you call us, or (d) click on a link sent in any SMS by us, you agree to provide PII to access our services and view our content. other information available or likely to be available with us), such as your name, phone
number, email address and other medical information this includes any information
which, either alone or in combination with other information we hold about you,
identifies you as an individual, such as your name, your fingerprints or other biometric
(including genetic) data, your email address or your telephone number (“PII”).
Sensitive Personal Data and Information has the same meaning as it does in the Privacy
Rules for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
We won’t be held accountable for the authenticity of the PII, sensitive personal data, or
information that you supply, and you will be solely responsible for any losses that may
result from using inaccurate PII, sensitive personal data, or information.

How do we protect visitor information?

Records) is important to us. We encrypt all the requests to our Platform, including
sensitive information (such as credit card numbers etc).
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information (including information in the Medical Records) submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Your PII is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your PII. All payment transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
While we strive to protect such information and provide reasonable standards of security, we cannot ensure or warrant or guarantee that your information or private communications you transmit to us will always remain private or confidential, and you do so at your own risk.

Through your profile or by getting in touch with us directly, you can always view the information we have on file about you. Amend. You can also get in touch with us to update or correct any errors in your personal data. Erase and forget. Other than the information we need from you to comply with applicable law when the information provided in the Medical Reports is no longer relevant or is incorrect, you can request that we erase the data set out in the Medical Reports.

For your protection, we may only implement requests concerning the PII associated with the particular email address you use to send us your request. We may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. Please note that we may need to retain certain information to keep/maintain records and/or complete any transactions that you began before requesting such change or deletion.
Medical Reports Your medical reports, including your lab reports and other information related to your lab reports, prescriptions, and healthcare-related services (“Medical Reports”) will be digitized, saved and stored on our Platform permanently (but we are not responsible for data loss from the server in damages to it / any extreme/unexpected conditions happened it.) These medical reports may be used for the following things, within the bounds of what is allowed by applicable laws, including but not restricted to:
internal research purposes;
external research, subject to the anonymization of such Medical Reports,
including the removal of all PII from the Medical Reports;
digitize the Medical Reports and extract the values set therein;
an internal review by one of our qualified doctors; and
internal use by us for improving the Platform and the services offered to you,
such as delivering alerts, analyzing your health based on your Medical Reports,
and predicting various things concerning the Medical Reports.
Call Recording For the benefit of internal training and quality control, we or any appointed third party reserve the right to record any calls made to us. We reserve the right to decline to supply the services for which such PII is requested if you decide not to give your agreement to the recording of your calls that may contain PII needed for appointment and booking purposes.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s
hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service
provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain

Third Party Disclosure At our discretion, your PII, Samples may be transferred to third parties / our partner labs / our association labs / SMS providers/email providers for sample processing at laboratories, analytics, quality review, and communication, subject to the anonymization of your PII. In the event we transfer your PII without anonymization, we will ensure, on a best-efforts basis that the third parties / our partners / SMS providers/email providers adhere to the same level of data protection that is adhered to by us. Third-Party Links On occasion, we reserve the right to offer or incorporate third-party items or services on our Platform. These external websites each have their own privacy rules. As a result, we are not accountable or responsible for the actions or content of these connected websites. Nevertheless, we work hard to preserve the integrity of our Platform and appreciate hearing from you regarding these sites.
USE AND DISCLOSURE
Except as otherwise stated, we may use information collected via this Platform, using
our telephone services and/or attending any of our events, to improve the content, to
customize your experience and for any other purpose specified.

The usage of the Platform is exclusively subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India. The Company expressly disclaims any implied warranties or liabilities imputed by the laws of any other jurisdiction.
